Thank you for your purchase. At Karibo Cosmetics, we prioritize quality over quantity and hence, invest time and effort to create handcrafted lipsticks for you. We ensure that our development process is safe, healthy, and transparent. All the lipsticks are freshly made at the time of order.
We have a 15 days Return Policy which is applicable under these circumstances:
- Returns/exchange requests will be accepted only for manufacturing defects including missing parts, damaged/defective products. This does not include shade variation (unless drastically different from the chosen shade. Please consider all the lipsticks are personally handcrafted by artisans).
- For any concerns regarding manufacturing defects, please write to us at email@example.com with your concern within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- We will not entertain returns/exchanges for any reasons other than those specified above.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT
We have a thorough quality check process for our products, their packaging and shipping, but in the rare instance that you receive a damaged/defective/wrong/incomplete order, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of the rest. After the check, in case of damaged\ defective\ wrong product, we will have it replaced.
Send an e-mail or WhatsApp us on +919321516452 with pictures of the product(s) in reference to email@example.com and inform us about the return or exchange that needs to take place.
In order for us to honour the return/exchange, the product should be unused Put the item(s) to be returned in a sealed bag along with the price tags, brand tags, box and all original packaging must be present. Any gifts, discount coupons, or freebies received along with the order being returned/exchanged must also be returned along with the product.
- Contact Karibo Customer Service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Form (return form will only be provided in case of the product is damaged or defective product)
- Print the Return Form to add to your package, you will find the return address for this package on the form.
- Place all contents product(s) in the original shipping box. If this is not available, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope. Tightly stick the return form on the top of the package
- The shipping representative will then and collect it from you.
In case of self shipping (if you decide to ship it personally other than our shipping facility) the amount will not be remunerated.

Give us 4-5 business days after receiving the product to perform a quality check, post which we will process your exchange. Details of the exchange parcel will be shared with you on your registered email ID. Please allow for 3-7 days for the processing of exchanges after delivery of the return consignment to our warehouse. While the Company has tried to accurately display the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor (differs from device to device). Also, each lipstick is personally handcrafted by artisans, so colour might differ a little at times.
Important points to note:
- Returns or exchanges of discounted products will not be accepted.
- Discounted products are considered as “FINAL SALE” products with no option of return or exchange All return shipping costs will have to be borne by the client If the item(s) doesn’t pass the quality check for a return/exchange, Karibo Cosmetics reserve the right to send the product back to you as received. Before sending the product back to you, we will share images with you and intimate you via email or WhatsApp.
- Purchases made online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store
- The product must be returned within 7 calendar days of informing us of the product defect
Once you book an appointment for customisation:
- We hold visit/ video call appointments for only 15 minutes. You may have to reschedule the appointment post 15 minutes delay

- No Refund or Rescheduling will be done in case of last moment cancellation.
- For video-call appointments, we try to accurately display the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor (differs from device to device). Also, each lipstick is personally handcrafted by artisans, so colour might differ a little. In case of a drastic shade change, we will process an exchange for you.
